An update on HP7.

I’ve spent the past week in increasingly feverish agitation over the impending release of the final Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. My preordered copy is being delivered tomorrow morning, and I will continue to carefully guard my unspoiled state until then.

Sunday, July 8th, 2007A new dish that I tried making today, som tum (a spicy, crunchy Thai salad made with unripe green papaya), is good for summer and easier than I expected. It would go well with sticky rice and grilled chicken, though that’s something that I’ll have to try another time.

Thursday, July 5th, 2007It’s been a month since I moved in to my new place, but I don’t think it hit me until I realized I could walk to the BU Bridge to see the fireworks yesterday. It was raining and disgusting, but I managed a video of the finale and a few good pictures.
