what’d i’d actually prefer is for YOU to print to a standard-sized sheet, cut out the card, register an anon PO box address, blast send to appropriate parties, coordinate witnessing of receipts, photograph reactions with a long-lens slr, and fax me the goods.

Call me an optimist, my dear, but I say chances are good that your appropriate parties (party?) would be secretly delighted and are probably guilty of the same charge.
