Monday, May 5th, 2008For those of you who will be in the Boston area this coming weekend, don’t miss the Fort Point Arts Community’s Artwalk 2008, featuring the open studios of several local artists (including Katie Rowley and Bob’s Your Uncle, both of whom I recently featured on this blog). I’m definitely going to make an effort [...]
Dan-ah Kim.

Tara Donovan at the Met.
Friday, February 15th, 2008Art and science collide again in Tara Donovan’s exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, on view through April 27. I was so excited to see such great work from Boston-area print artists, some of which has [...]

Mmm, MoMA.
Monday, September 3rd, 2007This is slightly behind the times because I actually visited the beautiful MoMA earlier this summer while visiting friends in Manhattan. I don’t feel bad about it, though, because good art doesn’t go out of date. Criminally, this was actually my first visit - and it was like a walk through the slide [...]
